  • 4 plain sugar free Greek yogurts
  • 4 lemons
  • 370 grams condensed milk
  • 1 lime


  • In a bowl, add condensed milk and yogurts and mix with a spatula.
  • Grate 4 lemons. Set aside the lemon zest.
  • Squeeze the lemons and pour the lemon juice to the yogurt mixture while stirring with a whisk.
  • Add the zest of the lemons to this mixture and keep stirring.
  • When the mixture is well combined, serve in small glasses.
  • To decorate, grate a little lime over the top of the mousse.
  • Put it to chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
